"Oh,
there is so much more I want to tell you, but you cannot understand it now.
When the Spirit of Holiness and Truth comes, he will guide you into all
truth."
Go back with me to the time of Jesus. Then, life was very different. The people
were young, inexperienced, morally deficient and intellectually inferior.
Electricity had not yet been discovered: there were no telephones, no radios
and no television sets; and at night, just to keep warm, people had to keep an
open fire. There were no motor vehicles. Most people walked while the more
affluent rode on the backs of animals. There were no trains or buses, airplanes
or spaceships. No cameras, no computers, microscopes or telescopes, microwaves,
air conditioning or refrigerators. No high-rise buildings or inter-island
bridges. Water had to be brought up the mountain in pails.
Science was in its infancy. Ignorance was pervasive and superstition was the
law. There was a very high illiteracy rate. Reading, writing and the beginnings
of a formal education were accessible only to members of the nobility and the
monastic scholars. Books were a rarity and there were no newspapers. People
believed that the world was flat, that the sun was God and that the earth was
the center of the Universe.
It is no wonder that Jesus referred to the people as sheep, lovable in their
innocence, gentle and meek unless provoked, but incapable of deep rational
thinking. And so, the divine teachings and instructions were simplified and
coached in parables.
Learning and instruction are progressive. First the simple, followed by
continued amplification and upgrading. So Jesus admitted, he did not reveal
everything he knew. The Holy Spirit would see to the rest.
Who is the Holy Spirit? How does he guide us? What new things will he be
teaching us? 'Secrets of the kingdom' reveals the answers to most all of our
compelling questions about life, even the secrets kept hidden since the
foundation of the world.

Provided that the participants are genuinely motivated for good and desire to learn and advance, spiritually, the Guides will provide all the protection and guidance that will be needed.
As an added precaution, should anything untoward occur, the training session may be terminated at any time by those in-charge and resumed only after all the issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
Theosophical study session:
The weekly study sessions and discussions are moderated by the designated officer and take-up various subjects or lessons which are of special interest to the members in attendance. In theory, and also in practice, most of the time depending on who moderates, there is no single authority in regard to the teachings, but each student is to contribute his own understanding so that the whole group may view all aspects and levels of the Teachings. The leader’s role then is to encourage the active participation of every student and draw him in to the discussions. This affords everyone more opportunities to learn and likewise enable the students to develop their communication and teaching skills. In regard to practical applications, the participants are enjoined to henceforth live their life in accordance with the divine principles they are learning.

The golden cross in the center signifies the divine relationship and essential unity between God and man (the vertical line) and man with his fellow created beings (the horizontal line). There are eight outer sections representing the infinite levels of spiritual attainment and awareness. Included here are all the different religions and schools of thought. At every level of creation, there is a questing inward for God, while God at the very core (the eight-pointed star) reaches outward to us from within and manifests through every level of His creation. Everyone and everything in God, the All in All represented by the circle, signifying the oneness of all.
We've now come to the close of our study. Now it's your turn to share
your thoughts. How did you find the advanced course? Was it informative enough
for you? Were the teachings and concepts clearly and adequately explained?
Are the principles reasonable and useful to you? How were you helped, if at
all?
Email us your thoughts and suggestions to enable us to better serve the
next batch of students.
If you feel inclined, you can help us in other ways. If you were benefited
by your study, perhaps you would want to encourage others to also take up
the Course. You can also help by spreading the word to your friends whom
you feel might be interested in initiating their own quest for Higher
Truth. Enjoin them to buy this book or better yet, gift them with their own
copy by sending them the link where they can download a free copy. Or else,
invite them to browse our websites or join our social platforms.
Congratulations on your completion! You will never come to regret it if you
will apply all that you have learned in your daily life, from hereon
in. This is your new beginning. Have a good life!
Take time to reflect on what you have learned, go back to what you skipped and
review what you weren’t able to fully understand. Analyze, test and question
all the divine principles. Be thorough and meticulous. You need to be clear
regarding them before you may be sufficiently enabled to comprehend the true
teachings of Jesus and the “all truth” of the Spirits of Truth.
Today, there is no reason for anyone to remain in the dark, ignorant concerning life, not knowing what it is about. Simply choose the Light. Open your eyes. Begin to see more clearly. You too can begin to understand.
Under the guidance of the Archangel Michael,INNER QUEST was founded in 1987 to help in the preparations for the coming New Age of Enlightenment. Tasked by the Holy Spirits to help disseminate their New Teachings, INNER QUEST then is a school or a center for spiritual learning.
INNER QUESTis a wellspring, a source of divine guidance and knowledge, a vehicle or medium through which the Spirits of Truth can administer their divine guidance and instruction. It flows rivers of living water from which anyone may draw as much as he requires or wants, as much as he is ready to drink — that water that once you drink, you will never thirst again.
However, INNER QUEST is only a link in the chain that is the New Age Movement. We continue the work of the Masters and the Spirits of Truth, while attempting to unite as one all that have come before. There is only One God and one Truth, after all. It is merely a matter of being able to access the entire Big Picture.
Therefore, we at INNER QUEST are not against any religion, sect or school. We support them, in fact; hopefully adding to their store of divine knowledge should they be receptive to the Spirits’ leading. Every religion and school, without exception, is limited to the extent that they only address certain aspects and levels of the Teachings and not all. But we fully recognize their good intentions. And all who work for good are working for God, too.
In the sense that we teach concerning God, INNER QUEST may be considered as a religion. However, INNER QUEST is not a religion because we do not demand the blind acceptance of what we teach. Moreover, we do not seek converts, nor do we require that our students convert from their religion even after they complete their studies. We merely introduce for the students’ consideration certain new ideas and higher concepts, which we know to be true, that can gradually, but inevitably, displace all half-truths and false teachings. And after having learned and equipped themselves more fully, they can then serve where the Holy Spirit leads them to serve, according to their own perceiving.
INNER QUEST teaches only those principles that can be verified by everyone through his own direct personal experiences. Experience alone can validate a proposed theory or teaching, hence it will be forthcoming depending on our need. Consequently, we readily accept that which we have already experienced to be true. Otherwise, we will just have to wait for the necessary validation. But provided a student persists, in time, he will be able to find all the proofs he needs.
Through the development of his mediumship or by availing of the mediumship of others, anyone can obtain valuable insights and incontrovertible proofs. Mediumship is the facility that allows us to bridge the barrier between our world and the next. And it involves the employment of the faculties of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, astral travel, telepathy, automatic writing, trance mediumship, healing and others.
Still more than these, many earnest students experience intuitive remembrances and past life recollections that serve as their undeniable confirmation of the spiritual teachings.
We believe in the saying that if you give a man fish, he will be able to eat for a day. However, if you teach him to fish, then he will be able to eat every day. Similarly at INNER QUEST, we teach the principles of life. Those who abide by the principles ensure their future success. In following the divine laws, we gain everything our heart desires.
Over the years, so much of the New Teachings have been entrusted to us, not for our benefit alone, but for others, as well. It is our pleasure then to share them with you, today.
Finally, it is important to realize that INNER QUEST can only plant the seeds of Truth. The student alone has the power to accept or reject what the Holy Spirit offers him. He must first open up his mind and heart to the New Teachings. He himself must exert the necessary efforts. He must overcome every obstacle that comes his way and pass his necessary trials. He must avail of the opportunities that present themselves to him and apply what he is learning in his daily life. Only then can he nurture the seed. Only then can the seed germinate, grow and bear much fruit in this life and in his future incarnations.
The Truth can be
complicated and deep. But it can also be plain and simple. In fact, Jesus told
us: "Today, I speak to you in parables, but the time is coming when I will
be speaking to you plainly."
So let's do that. Allow me to tell it to you like it is and in the process, you
will be able to get past all the lies, half-truths and false teachings that
have kept you in the dark for so long.
Who are we and what is our true nature? What is the meaning of life? What is
the purpose of life on Earth? Who are the Holy Spirits? And what is the true
Path?
The answers can be really simple. Let us first take up these simple basics
before we delve any deeper into more advanced and complex spirit matters. If
you can focus on these plain truths, understanding the rest will become a whole
lot easier.
We are spirits, children of the One God, in His image. In the beginning, we
were created innocent and ignorant, destined to attain to our spiritual
perfection through our own exertions. As our Father-God is, so will we become -
at-one with Him.
The whole of the Cosmos is our school, the Earth, just one of many classrooms
where we take up certain specialized subjects. Here on Earth, as revealed in
the Book of Genesis, we take up what is right and what is wrong, learn all
about good and evil from direct personal experience, and the things of
character, building and refining them to perfection. Being born into this world
is like people going to school. One lifetime is just as one day in class.
Love and service to our fellowmen is the Path. Reincarnation is the process.
Karma is the governing rule.
There are many different levels or orders of spirits. The Holy Spirit is simply
a spirit that is already holy. Those of us who are here studying are still
developing spirits, under their instruction and guidance. But after we complete
our studies over a series of many incarnations, we will graduate and become
holy spirits, ourselves.
Somewhat different from all that you have been taught by your religion. You may
be a little confused and unbelieving.
That is perfectly alright. But "Seek first the kingdom of God and His
righteousness and all things will simply be added on to you," even the
knowledge of the Truth.
For now, keep open and stay focused on the plain and simple. Stay away if you
feel you should. And when you are ready, come back and continue on to the next
pages, the higher stages of your development.
This Website takes up the Teachings of Jesus and the All Truth of the Holy
Spirits. Prepare to discover new and wonderful things.
At the time, Jesus did not answer Pontius Pilate because he would not have
understood, anyway.
The promise of Jesus
Since ages past, many
predictions have foretold of a coming Age of Enlightenment. Christ, himself,
referred to this Age when he told us, “𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐈𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐨𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐈𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐥𝐲.” And again he said 2,000 years ago, “𝐎𝐡, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐈𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐨𝐰. 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐭, 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡.”
True
to his word, the Spirits of Truth are here with us, today. Today, the mysteries
of the Universe are slowly being unfolded in our midst. Now all things are
being made plain. For this is the beginning of a New Era in the life of our planet.
And, today, the answer to every question is being made available.
Since
time immemorial, man has sought for answers to
the mysteries of life. Who am I? What is the meaning of life? What is the
purpose of life on Earth? Is there really life after death? What are the
conditions of that life? And how do we secure it for ourselves?
Why is there so much suffering in the world? Why
poverty, injustice, famine, war, disease and death? Why me? Where is the love
of God? Every thinking man comes to ask himself these questions.
In answer, Jesus Christ spoke to the men of his time.
He revealed the answers to all these questions and more; but because the people
were not ready, he was largely misunderstood and misinterpreted. And much of
the resulting confusion still exists even into our day and age.
However, we don’t have to remain ignorant and
confused. We need only to go back to first principles, to the original answers
given by Christ and then, work forward from there, in order to transcend all the conflicting interpretations and
see things as they really are. But this time, instead of embracing half-truths
and blind teachings, we should be discriminating and wise, guided more by the dictates of reason in the light
of our vastly superior wealth of personal experiences.
‘The Message Made Plain’ is a study course that
precisely brings back into focus the actual words and teachings of Jesus Christ
to enable the student to start afresh without having
to contend too much with the misguided and confusing interpretations of mere
followers.
As you go through the course, many things will
clarify themselves to you. You should be able to realize the answers to all
your important questions about life and death.
In Lesson 1, you will come to realize your urgent
need to further your spiritual studies and prepare for eternal life. In Lesson
2, you will learn all about the person of Jesus and come to know him, intimately. He refutes many of the old beliefs
and teachings which still persist even today in Lesson 3. In Lesson 4, he
explains why we need to live right in the sight of God.
The reasons for suffering and the way whereby Heaven
can be attained are taken up in Lesson 5. Lesson 6 puts forward for our
consideration, a more practical approach to life and includes a discussion of
the underlying rational bases behind his spiritual teachings. And finally, all
you need to know about life hereafter are discussed in Lesson 7.
You really can’t afford to pass up this
once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. It’s like having a private audience with the
Lord where he reveals to you the secrets of his kingdom.

Everywhere, so many people complain that God doesn’t talk to them. But the
truth is He does, people just won’t listen.
God speaks to us in dreams, in visions, by telepathy or hearing voices. He
reveals His truths through His prophets, the Scriptures, the priests and
pastors, in newspapers and magazines, and through the innocent remarks of
friends and strangers.
And if God can speak through a burning bush or a guileful snake, can he not
also reveal His truths to you when you watch a movie or play a computer
game?
Kevin Lomax (Keanu Reeves) can be just like you, an ordinary, super-ambitious,
highly competent and successful defense lawyer, never lost a case. He realizes
that his client is probably guilty and he hates that he has to demolish the
testimony and character of the rape victim. But because he wants to win at all
costs, he does it anyway and wins his case.
Presently, his record of wins attracts an obscene offer for him to work in one
of the most prestigious law firms in New York that provides for equally lavish
perks.
The work keeps him busy all hours, leaving him little time for anything else.
Eventually, he becomes obsessed with another woman and his relationship with
his wife, Mary Ann (Charlize Theron), begins to sour because of his disregard
and unresponsiveness to her needs. Because of his pride, ambition and excessive
lust for money, fame and women, his once happy life begins to unravel.
Troubles begin to plague Mary Ann, as well. She begins to have nightmares and
sees demons. She is also raped by Kevin’s boss (Al Pacino). But Kevin is unable
to believe her claim. Finally, not able to cope, she kills herself.
As the story unfolds, it turns out that Kevin’s boss is actually his natural
father, who is really the Devil incarnate, and the woman he is obsessed with is
his half-sister. The plan is for Kevin and his sister to conceive the
Antichrist.
But at the last moment, Kevin comes to his senses and takes the only way out.
He shoots himself.
Then, everything stops and there is an instant playback to the time before the
resumption of the rape trial in the beginning of this film. But this time, he
follows his conscience and resigns as defense counsel, throwing away his bright
future and everything he has worked for.
A reporter requests for an interview. He tells Kevin he feels confident that
done right, a good story could reverse all the negative implications of his
resignation and his resigning could even be viewed as a class act that could
re-establish his failed career. Flattered, Kevin agrees.
On parting, the reporter transforms into the Devil and comments: “Vanity, my
favorite sin.”
Phil Connors (Bill Murray) is not a very nice man. Selfish and self-centered, a
grouch, prone to all sorts of excesses and arrogant, he and his news crew are
dispatched to Punxsutawney to report on the events of Groundhog Day.
The day passes uneventfully but on the way back, a storm raged. All roads were
closed to traffic and all commuters were forced to turn back. He wakes up next
morning as his clock sounds the six o’clock alarm. And as the days unfold, he
discovers that he is in a kind of time loop that replays Groundhog Day over and
over again, whatever he does, every day.
So he experiments. Not fearing any retribution, he drinks to excess, drives
recklessly, steals from a bank and seduces women. He tries everything and does
whatever he wants, as much as he wants. But after a time, he gets bored.
He gets so depressed and tired of it all that he decides to kill himself. But
to his surprise, the day repeats itself again at the six o’clock prompt. He
kills himself, again and again, in different ways, but still, he always comes
back to life the next day.
Anti-social, sarcastic and even offensive in the beginning, he starts to take
an interest in other people, asking them about themselves and knowing them, he
begins to like them. His whole attitude and manner of interacting with them
changes. He begins to like the way they respond to his friendly overtures by
treating him in the same like way.
He sees an ice sculptor at work and decides to learn how to do it, himself.
Eventually after who knows how many days, he gets good at it. He decides to
learn to play the piano and he gets to be a master pianist. He becomes fluent
in French, as well, the better to impress the woman he likes.
In the course of many Groundhog Days, he came to be attracted to Rita (Andie
MacDowell), the second member of his crew, but Rita always turned him down.
Having learned how to gain friends, he employed the same tactics with Rita.
After many trials and errors, he was able to win her over.
Finally, the day arrived when everything came together.
Early one morning, he attended to the poor old man freezing to death, fed him
and brought him to hospital. He bought insurance from his old pesky and pushy
acquaintance, changed a flat tire for three old ladies, saved a marriage, saved
a boy by catching him as he fell from a tree branch and saved a man from
choking to death.
Rita is enthralled as he carves a beautiful ice sculpture. And everywhere he
goes, admiring friends greet him. For a few, he hands over a gift, even. They
all know him and shower him with compliments. Rita hears and is impressed no
end.
In the evening, Rita attends the Groundhog Day closing celebrations and finds
that everyone is still talking about Phil and the good deeds that he has done.
She is surprised to learn that the beautiful, melodic music coming from the
ballroom is Phil on the piano.
The night wears on. They make love. And the next morning, they live happily
ever after. It is the magic of another new day, after Groundhog Day.
A computer game
What better way to relax than to be entertained playing a computer game? First
time you play, you have to feel your way around. It is sometimes slow-going but
with repeated playing, it becomes easier. More practice makes better.
It can be challenging. Whatever your level of play, you can adjust the degree
of difficulty.
It develops skills – whether it be hand and eye coordination, memory retention,
strategy building, innovation and problem solving. Whichever this may be, with
continued playing, everything builds on how it was before.
And if you don’t like the results, you can always stop play and restart to
begin afresh.
Reincarnation is all of the above
We all start from nothing, no skills, no knowledge, innocent and ignorant
spirits created were we. But with every life experience, there comes to be
something.
In the beginning, we are selfish and self-centered, thinking only of ourselves
and our own interests. We do whatever we please and do everything to acquire
the things we want, without a care about how our actions affect others.
But as we go about life, we learn. Every day, we are taught some aspect of
love. Then we are tested to find out if we have learned the lesson. If not,
then the lesson is repeated. And this goes on, again and again, until we take
up every one of our character traits and get them all right.
The same is true with any skill that we have or choose to develop. The child
prodigy that can play chess like the grandmasters, the child math wizard and
the psychic who can see what everyone else cannot developed their skills
beginning from their past lives.
We will have unlimited opportunities to progress. And being immortal spirit
beings, we are never, ever harmed. Our outer protective covering, the flesh
body, may be harmed, tortured and subjected to all forms of punishment, but we,
the spirit consciousness within, learn and evolve from every experience.
And no one dies, either. When our work here is done, we simply disengage from
our disposable physical body and return to our Spirit World.
Everything in life is a lesson and a test. You are today the sum total of all
that you have accomplished in the past. And you are building your tomorrow by
the things that you do, today. Your fate is entirely in your hands.
But exciting, challenging or easy the path, gradual, speedy or meandering and
slow your progress – You will be perfect in the end.
1. God is love and He does not approve of
war and death. D. Because God loves us, He desires that we become more like
Him. He involves us in war so that we may learn the lessons of war — love and
hate, respect for the rights of others, kindness, mercy, compassion and
selflessness, among others. And after our lessons are over, death brings us
back home where we belong.
2. It is our duty to eradicate poverty and
all forms of inequality. D. The Earth is where we learn all about life. If
poverty and all other forms of so-called undesirable conditions are not
available to be experienced, how can anyone learn patience, kindness and
humility? No, all these are necessary lessons and should not be eradicated.
Jesus himself said, “𝐷𝑜𝑛’𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑣𝑖𝑙.” However as a
rule, we should always strive to place them under our control and ensure that
the negative results are contained within manageable levels.
3. God is not just because the rich and
powerful get away with their crimes. D. No one can escape God’s justice. In
light of Reincarnation and Karma, all debts get paid sooner or later.
4. Wealth and power are the true
indications of success. D. Wealth and power are simply given to those who need
to learn certain lessons best learned when one is wealthy and powerful — the
proper management and use of resources and the use of authority over others.
And, at the same time, the opportunity is provided where one can do a lot of
good.
5. Good men are rewarded on Earth. D.
Sometimes, they are, but more often not. Good men, assuming that they are also
wise, would really prefer to receive their rewards in heaven.
6. Euthanasia or mercy killing is never
justified. D. In the first place, no one really dies, we just transition into
the next world. Further, the term mercy killing connotes that the person is
suffering intolerably and his condition is terminal unto death. So what is
really wrong with doing something for someone who can’t do it for himself,
provided he first expressly asks for your help? In any case, the preeminent
rule is to do what you would want others to do for you. However due mainly to
ignorance of the Truth, the laws in place in the world still regard this act to
be illegal and anyone who commits such an act risks being meted severe
penalties under the law.
7. Whatever we do, whether good or bad, we
do to self. A. Since we are merely parts of a Whole. What we do to any other
part, we do to the Whole, and we do to self — our Higher Self. Jesus said, “𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦𝑜𝑢 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒𝑑𝑜𝑛𝑒𝑡𝑜𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑜𝑓𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑏𝑟𝑜𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑠, 𝑦𝑜𝑢 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒𝑑𝑜𝑛𝑒𝑡𝑜𝑚𝑒.”
8. We choose our sex. A. Before we are
even born, we choose the circumstances and conditions that we will encounter in
life. Our sex is just one of these conditions. The choice is based on which sex
will afford us the best opportunities to learn the lessons we will be taking up.
9. Positive thinking is the key to solving
all of life’s problems. D. There is a greater plan that takes precedence over
the workings of our lower Earthly consciousness, although we are usually not
consciously aware of it. Nevertheless, it is best for us to adhere to this
divine plan because it was formulated even before we were born and takes into
consideration a lot of very important and vital information which, at the
moment, we are unable to recall. But there are always good reasons behind
everything that happens.
10. Problems and crises in life are really
opportunities for progress. A. Problems and crises build strength and patience
while bringing on added wisdom and other skills in the process.
11. If one exercises regularly and lives
moderately, he can prolong his life. D. Once our planned lessons on Earth are
completed, we die, leave class and return to the Spirit World. Regarding life’s
longevity, it matters little whether we exercised or not or if we lived
moderately. However, exercise and moderation do keep us fit while we are still
in class, in the body.
12. The insane are pathetic and insanity
is a totally useless condition. D. There are certain opportunities which are
available only to those who are handicapped or completely helpless. The insane,
especially, are passive recipients of kindness or abuse. Such situations afford
very valuable lessons which otherwise cannot be learned as effectively.
13. Homosexuals and lesbians are damned.
D. The third sex is just another condition that affords us the opportunities to
learn our lessons, only more so, precisely because those belonging to this
gender are looked down upon and persecuted. It is just that in light of
reincarnation, sometimes, the influence of many lives lived as a member of a
particular sex is so overwhelming that when we incarnate as a member of the
opposite sex, we tend to become disoriented for a time. This condition may
continue until we are able to attain to a more balanced disposition.
Eventually, however, we won’t need to become male, female or gay any longer,
instead, we will be perfectly complete and sexless in Heaven.
14. There will come a Day of Judgment. A.
There are many such days of judgment — after one Earth life, at the end of an
age and at the end of every major grade or cycle of instruction where the
progress of spirit students in the world are evaluated and plans modified,
accordingly. Those who have made the grade will go on to the next higher level
of instruction and those who have not done so well will have to repeat the same
lessons all over again.
15. Nothing good can ever come from
gambling. D. Gambling provides important lessons in decision-making, risk
taking, biding one’s time, greed, self-control and discipline. In fact, those
who persist will eventually develop into successful businessmen and wise
decision-makers in the future.
16. There can be no justification whatever
for child abuse. D. The important lessons here are not to do what you don’t
want others to do to you, not to take advantage of the weakness of others,
kindness, compassion and the like. Many victims were abusers in their past
lives although this is not necessarily true in every case.
17. There is no accident in the Universe.
A. God is in control and everything is happening according to His Divine Plan.
Everything comes about through the application of natural laws, whether known
or unknown. We need only to understand how and why.
18. Alcoholism and drug addiction cause
irreparable harm to the spirit. D. The spirit is never harmed. Every experience
adds to our store of knowledge and brings us closer to perfection. Inevitably,
eventually, we will learn to take matters in hand, to gain greater control over
our life and discipline ourselves more, and get back on the road to progress,
harm to the disposable physical, mental and other bodies or vehicles,
notwithstanding.
19. Our human form is far superior to any
alien life form. D. The human form was specially designed to enable us to learn
the lessons of this world most effectively. However, if we were to learn other
subjects in other worlds, then other forms or vehicles may be more suitable and
appropriate.
20. Through creative visualization, we can
materialize into being all that our heart desires. D. While this law does
operate, nevertheless, our lower Earthly consciousness is subject to the higher
consciousness of our Higher Self. Having access to all that we have already
learned from all our past incarnations, our Higher Self is better able to judge
if what our lower self proposes is really helpful to us in our present
situation. Where it is not, then that proposition will be rejected and all our
efforts at creative visualization will not succeed.
